All purchased items are delivered through the following transport company: G&D Express, Spedex, BRT.

ORDER PREPARATION

Order processing takes 1-3 working days after the payment confirmation. The payment is deemed confirmed once monetary funds are credited to the Company's bank account.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery to your address across Italy usually takes 1-3 working days. The duration of the international transportation for your order depends on the country of destination.
After you have placed an order in our E-shop, the order is automatically assigned a number, and you will receive a notification to the email address specified in the order form. This number will serve as a tracking number for your order.

DELIVERY COST

Orders over 100 € are delivered across Italy via courier free of charge.
No customs forms needed for EU destinations. Upon delivery to non-EU countries, the Customer should independently clarify the customs clearance conditions in the recipient country beforehand.
Free delivery is available to the EU countries when the order cost is 150 € and more.
