Children aged 4-6: Dissolve 1 measuring spoon (3.5 g) of the powder in 70 ml of warm water and stir thoroughly. Adults and children aged 7+: Dissolve 2 measuring spoons (7 g) of the powder in 150 ml of warm water and stir thoroughly. Take once a day with a meal.
