Hydrophilic oil came to us from the Asian beauty market, where it was developed specifically for the makeup removal and gentle skin cleansing.
We have created a unique formula of a universal hydrophilic oil for all skin types. It easily removes all types of foundations, cleanses pores of impurities, excess sebum and makeup residue without rubbing.
Upon water fusion, the botanical and essential oils form a lightweight foaming emulsion. This allows for a gentle skin cleanse, which maintains hydrolipid and pH balance.
