Source of chelated chromium. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
1 capsule contains:
— 120 mcg of organic compound of chromium (chelate) as chromium picolinate;
— Bitter melon extract;
— Siberian ginseng root extract and green tea leaf extract.

Adults take 1 capsule a day with a meal and some liquid. Do not exceed the specified recommended daily intake.
